Roosevelt High School with the New York State Presidential Award in Chemistry and then went on to State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook to get her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry. She graduated Stony Brook undergraduate college Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and attended SUNY at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, Dr. Rong entered General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Queens Hospital Center.

Dr. Rong has acquired these characteristics through her academics, residency and working experiences over the years. She strongly believes that high level of continuous education and training delivers the best quality of dental care to patients. Dr. Rong pursues the most advanced techniques by attending continued education courses, seminars and hands-on lectures such as dental implant CE, Invisalign, Progressive Orthodontic Seminars and Laser training. Dr. Rong is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, New York County Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry.
In her free time, Dr. Rong enjoys spending time with her husband and two young son and daughter, and enjoys painting, especially stippling. She has been a collector of stamps since the age of 6 and now she has collected more than three thousand types of stamps from different countries

Shu Ping Rong, DDS

Then Dr. Rong went on to finish two years of implant training at Englewood Implant Center and two years of orthodontic training at Progressive Orthodontic Seminars CA.

Dr. Rong has extensive experience in surgical and restorative implant dentistry, and has performed thousands of dental implant procedures, implant related sinus lifting surgeries, and socket preservation surgeries, and restorations. Dr. Rong is also very well known in treating periodontal disease. Over the years she has treated many patients and stabilized various degree of gum disease by performing deep cleaning and periodontal surgery with therapeutic adjuncts. Dr. Rong is also the Invisalign VIP Platinum Plus Adult and Teen provider, She has earned the prestigious status by treating many various comprehensive orthodontic cases with invisalign aligners.

Carmen Hung, DDS
Dr. Carmen Hung grew up in Staten Island, NY and graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health. She received her training in the DDS Program at SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, she served as a teaching assistant in pre-clinical laboratory courses and was involved in oral biology research as a Summer research fellow. Dr. Hung graduated with awards in the subjects of oral medicine, oral pathology, and was also awarded The Quintessence Award for Research Achievement. Following graduation, she completed her General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital - Long Island Jewish Medical Center and went on to work in a private practice in the Central New York region. Dr. Hung recently returned to New York City and strives to provide her patients with a comfortable dental experience. She hopes to work together with her patients to provide education and quality dental services to help them achieve optimal oral health. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hung enjoys traveling to visit her friends and spending quality time with her dog, Luca.
